Unit 2.4.1_Practice for Mandarin Chinese Tones

After you learned the characteristics for the five tones, you can start to practice them. In this video, there are the 30 common sounds in Mandarin Chinese language. I pronounce each sound with 5 Chinese tones. You can repeat them after me or just watch and listen. Tones are very important in Mandarin Chinese. Because if you pronounce a word with the wrong tone, it will often have a totally different meaning in Mandarin Chinese. Please practice the tones as often as possible.
